 The Laboratory Report System automates the Daily and the Weekly Manufacturing Report.

Its equations are those of Atlantic Sugar Association, Inc., mill located in Central Florida. As almost every mill has its set of equations to produce the Daily and Weekly Manufacturing Reports, the equations of this program will have to be modified to fit your needs. We can also say the same for the layout of the reports themselves. It also contains what is called “THE TELEPHONE REPORT”, with information that includes data from the Daily Manufacturing Report and data specific for this report. For any of those reports, there are three basic steps:

1. Input the data
2. Compute the report
3. Produce the report, both in the screen and in the printer. The Weekly Manufacturing Report: The Input Screen:

All three reports show daily data and to-date data.

The reports and their respective databases in each crop are saved and can be accessed from the program at any time simply by selecting the crop year.
